Shandong Shuangyi Group Co., Ltd. Located in Dezhou City, Shandong Province is a modernized enterprise which integrates with design, manufacture and service of composite material products. We are mainly engaged in production of composite materials products of FRP wind turbine nacelle cover, engineering truck cover, rail transit decorative pieces, FRP yacht, aviation and aerospace accessories, carbon fiber products and non-metallic mould manufacturing. Our products are exported to many countries and areas. 

Covering a total area of about 210, 000 square meters, we have four production bases: Headquarters of Shandong Shuangyi Group Co., Ltd., Qingzhou Branch Company of Shuangyi Group, Lingxian Branch Company of Shuangyi Group and Wucheng Branch Company of Shuangyi Group (under construction). With total assets of 350, 000, 000 RMB, more than 1200 employees, composite materials products annual output of 6000 tons and annual output value of 600, 000, 000 RMB, Shandong Shuangyi Group is the largest production base of composite materials products in Shandong Province and even nationwide. To enhance the company standardized management and operation, we have passed ISO 9001 international quality management system certification early in 1999, and successively gained ISO14001: 2004 environmental management system certificate and GB/T28001-2001 occupational health and safety management system certificate, and we are awarded a "Shandong Contract-honoring & Promise-keeping Unit". 

We have professional composite materials R&D and technical personnel, and adopt roller coating, LRTM, Hand Lay-up etc. techniques for the products. Production equipments include US-imported gel coat spray painting machine, resin coating machine, which are able to guarantee accurate proportioning and even coating at maximum limit. Universal material testing machine, impact tester, thickness gauge, joint arm tri-ordinate measuring machine, chemical lab etc., which are used for implementing physical and chemical inspections and tests for composite materials products and raw materials, will guarantee the products production process and final products achieve customer's requirements. 

To meet customer's higher demands on products, our company have spent huge sum of money to introduce the world advanced five-axis CNC high speed machining center from Italy, which is able to manufacture moulds and process nonmetal materials, such as FRP, carbon fiber, machinable plastics, wood and high density foam.
